Why is the wait between the dressage and cones so short?
In a national competition the wait would be 24 hours. Our competitions are often larger than some nationals. We have to group the horse classes and pony classes together to ease the burden on the cones officials. From 11 a.m. often to 5.30 p.m. they work continuously. The wait will be as short as logistically possible. You can always ask the cones marshal if the Judge will take you later.
