Why is the video window so small?
A. The size of the video that is displayed in your browser window is determined by the speed of your internet connection. Depending on a number of variables at any given moment, you may have a faster or slower connection. If the connection is slow when the software is checking, you will get a small video screen. If you have a broad band or high speed connection, just hit the refresh button and you will most likely get a larger video.
