Why is the video choppy/poor quality/like a slide show?
This is most likely because of your internet connection. The quality of your movie stream relies on the bandwidth of your connection. The best thing to do is choose a slower connection speed or try again later, when there is less congestion on your connection. Q: I can hear the movie, but I can´t see it. A: This usually means the audio and video is out of synch. Try selecting a slower connection speed. Make sure you have the latest version and codec for Windows Media Player. Q: I can see the movie, but I cannot hear it. A: If Windows Media Player appears to be opening but cannot open the movie file, try select a slower connection speed.
