A Vehicle Status Report is only available where the seller provided the Vehicle Registration Number when the vehicle was first listed for sale. If the registration number was not submitted by the seller we are unable to offer a Vehicle Status Report for that vehicle. I am having problems accessing the prepaid checks in my 3 reports package Make sure you are entering the same email address used to purchase your first Vehicle Status Check. If you are still having problems, contact us (the Vehicle Status Report customer service team) at vsrprepaid@hpi.co.uk. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Sunday 10.00 am to 5.00 pm GMT / BST. You will receive an email the same day acknowledging your enquiry, or the next day if you send your enquiry after 3.00 pm. Depending on the nature of your enquiry, providing a resolution may take a little longer.
