The possible cause is that the “Make before break” mode is adopted when you modify the bandwidth of the tunnel in SE. That is, the old LSP should be removed after the new LSP is set up. The tunnel bandwidth then changes. By using the display mpls te tunnel-interface command, you can view the tunnel state is: Modifying CR-LSP setup failed. There are two tunnel tables, one displays the old Up bandwidth and the other displays the newly modified bandwidth. In this way, the used bandwidth is inconsistent with the configured bandwidth.
