Why is the US military industrial complex still gearing up for mass murder?
That is a question that you should ask the applicable Military and Government as I am not qualified to answer same. However, I do have my own opinions on this which hinge around World Domination by one party of Group. Why hasn’t there been a global public announcement of the new financial system? The reason why there has not been any global announcement yet is that to implement a new global Financial System is no small task. In fact it is enormous and consists of a multitude of, or numerous facets which are all relevant to each other. So many facets in fact that to ignore one of them or even a small number of them, the whole lot collapses, which is exactly what has happen since 2006/7. This is something that has to be avoided whereby when designing this system, we have designed it on the basis that if one part becomes seriously affected for whatever reason, it stands on its own and does not affect the other parts even though it is integral with all other parts and the system as a whole
