Why is the UK immigration section so unbeliveably racist than the USA immigration section on Yahoo Answers?
Well, I think everyone has said it for you. It’s because we are sick to the back end of this ludicrous mass immigration we are experiencing. And it doesnt make us racist, we are just “anti-mass immigration”. I cant comment on what immigration is like in the US because I dont live there (I am in the UK and British), but you should seriously take a look at Britain. We have a **** government that encourages immigrants over instead of keeping numbers to a minimum. Plus the US is over ten times bigger than the UK. We need to take action and stop this madness!
I am an American and have been US military for many years. But I grew up in both places and also have a UK passport. I have family on both countries. In the US people are pissed about hispanics. But they walked to the US or whatever. When it comes down to it Spanish has a common root with English and is not so far apart. Hispanics for the most part are Catholic in some way. Further leading to a common basis for culture. The laws are the same as well for all. In the UK there is a different thing. Sharia law is an issue. You can walk down the street in a UK city and see women dressed and covered in black from head to toe. That has no place in western culture.
Most of it isn’t “racism” its just anger and frustration because our county’s immigration policy is a mess. We are happy to take in highly skilled, law abiding, self sufficient immigrants who want to contribute to our country, motivated students who want to study here and people in genuine danger of persecution who are willing to work and provide for themselves. Noone in the UK has a problem with that. We’re not so keen on hoardes of unskilled Eastern Europeans, drug dealers, pimps and people smugglers, Romanian Gypsies begging and pickpocketting, Afghan asylum seekers and their scrounging families being given houses worth £12,500 ($25,000 USD) per month in rent as well as £1600 (£3200 USD) welfare benefits per month (all paid for by the Government aka the British Taxpayer whilst some of our own people are homeless and unable to get housed), people who happily claim welfare benefits without being bothered to learn English or other scroungers, con artists, lawbreakers and troublemakers.
