Why is the two-way voice intercom important?
It allows the monitoring specialists to speak with you if you are unable to get to the phone. The unit has a high gain microphone that allows the monitoring specialist to hear the client from virtually any room in the home. It also allows you to answer the phone by pushing the Personal Help Button and use the Base Unit as a speaker phone.
