Why is the ‘TotalCompCompleted’ in the ‘CATE_Student_Course’ file and not in the EOY file?

The ‘TotalCompCompleted’ is in the ‘CATE_Student_Course’ file to be able to track total competencies completed for students who have more than one program. It seems like the wrong place to have this field but the EOY won’t let us track the total competencies for more than one program.
