Why is the time-out of my input state automatically set to the standard values?

If you import a 4.x jms file into a 5.x project, the time-out of an input state will automatically be set to the standard value (10 seconds total time, 5 seconds time between 2 keys) instead of the time set in the 4.x jms file (for example 25 seconds total time, 15 seconds time between 2 keys).
