Why is the text “Unable to download image support” appearing in the signature blocks instead of the signatures?
In order to view and print your travel orders, two plug-ins must be downloaded on to your computer. This is done automatically the first time you access a travel order. The first plug-in is JetForm Form support. This plug-in allows you to view the form and its data. The second plug-in is JetForm Image support. This plug-in allows you to view the signatures. If you click no when prompted to install the second plug-in you will get the error message “Unable to download image support”.
