Why is the Texas School board revising American history?
Texas is corrupted by right-wing politics. What they’re doing is basically trying to brainwash and indoctrinate school kids into their right-wing political ideology. That’s why they took out Thomas Jefferson, because he advocated for separation of church and state … which most people in Texas choose to ignore. It’s absolutely disgusting and shameful that a school board would put partisan politics first over a decent education for kids. It happens from time to time in some areas of the south, but it’s never happened on a large scale like what we’ve seen happen in Texas. I’m not surprised though, stupid in Texas is nothing new.
