For administrative reasons, there will be gap in testing from July 31, 2007, to September 10, 15, or 16, 2007 (depending on location). The test-maker has announced that this policy was adopted for administrative reasons, and because they will need a large volume of September test takers in order to create an accurate scoring scale in November.
