Why is the ‘SUBMIT’ button not activated on the Submit Application page?

In order to activate the SUBMIT button, you must ACCEPT the Terms and Conditions for your accommodation (you need to tick the box confirming that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions associated with accommodation).
