Why is the submit button greyed out and not allowing me to submit the form?
If you reach the final section, ‘Terms and Conditions and Profile Submittal’ and the submit button will not allow you to click it, then you did not successfully complete the registration process. Chances are you missed at least one question. Scroll through this window and check for any questions that say ‘No answer’. These are the questions you will need to complete to submit the form. The most commonly missed question is the ‘Commodity Code’.
