Why is the status of my ILLiad request “Finished”?
There may be a couple reasons you’re getting this message. It could be that we received your article on paper and it is being sent through the US mail to your address. When we mail the item out, the ILLiad system updates the record to “Finished”. Another reason could be that the requested item is owned by the WVU Libraries and the ILL unit may have forwarded your request to Book Express or the Depository.
