Why is the spa control pad flashing 3 dots?
Remove the filter element and reassemble the filter with no element in it. If this cures the problem, clean or replace the filter element, as it was blocking the flow. Turn on all the pumps, check all the jets to make sure water is coming from them. Check the slide valves located by the pumps to make sure they are open (when open, the silver stem will be visible). Bleed air out of the black valve on the top of the filter and open the hose bib until you get a steady stream of water. For pumps 2 & 3, unscrew the unions on the return side of the pumps slightly to let any air out that might be locked in the system. If none of these checks resolve the 3 flashing dots contact your spa retailer.
