Why is the sound breaking up and/or crackling?
There can be several reasons. First, check to make sure that you do not have too many programs running on your computer, especially those demanding bandwidth, memory, and/or processor usage. Large downloading jobs can negatively affect the quality of the media stream. Sometimes a computer soundcard is the problem – if you suspect this is the case, test your soundcard by playing a CD or an MP3 on the same media player you are connecting to the Groovera music stream with. If the crackling/popping persists the problem is on your computer.
