Most likely this is because you are not using Internet Explorer or are using a very old version of IE. Because different browsers use different protocols for client-side scripting, we have built our software to work with the browser used by the largest number of our users, Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater. Fastcase also is compliant with Netscape version 7.0 or greater and Firefox 1.1 or greater. Fastcase is also compatible with Mac versions of Firefox, Safari and Netscape.
