Why is the ‘Save and Score Assessment’ button disabled on the Student Demographics screen?

This button is disabled if the student has been marked as ineligible. If the student is indeed eligible and you wish to enter scores, simply uncheck the ineligible checkbox near the top of the Student Demographics screen.
