Why is the Roommate Placement Form so important?
Roommate placement forms are prioritized on a first-received, first-served basis. In early August, rooms will be assigned based on this priority system. While we make every attempt to accommodate each students choices, there are limitations to the availability of certain options. Roommates are assigned based on the information you provide via the Roommate Placement Form, so please be honest on this form. In early August, you will receive a letter indicating your campus address, mailbox number, telephone number and the summer address of your roommate, if that person chooses to release this information. Your voicemail box will be assigned later during the summer and you will receive that information at check-in during New Student Orientation.
