Why is the right click functionality not working?

The right click functionality to access the context sensitive menus in CardiffMail Web will not work on the Welcome page. However, this functionality is available in all of the other areas of CardiffMail. For example, when in the Mail tab right clicking a mail message will open the context menu for dealing with an email message.
