Why is the revitalisation of Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and East Grinstead town centres being promoted?

0

This is to ensure that our town centres meet community and visitor needs with regard to the type and quality of shops, leisure experiences, car parking and environment. Currently, our three town centres are losing out to surrounding towns, such as Brighton, Horsham, Tunbridge Wells and Crawley and, without some positive intervention, the towns of Burgess Hill, East Grinstead and Haywards Heath will decline further.
