Why is the release code always different when doing an installation?
The release codes will always change whenever an installation is done, due to the setup program uses the machines PC clock for part of the algorithm. Therefore, any installs must be “real time”- you will have to be running the install at the same time you contact us. Running the install and making a note of the number, then exiting the setup program and contacting us will not work.
