Why is the Qwest network unique?
Qwest Web Contact Center brings the power of the Internet and the reliability of telecommunications together in the Qwest IP-Enabled Voice Applications Network. This movement may redefine how enterprise communications are delivered. The Qwest IP-Enabled Voice Applications Network is a Web-driven, hosted, and distributed architecture created for applications not the other way around. Voice communications management and telephony functions, such as call management, voice processing, and speech interaction, are embedded into the network and dynamically controlled by enterprise customers through the use of XML. Using this approach, Qwest makes phone interactions as simple, flexible and economical as Web interactions. Qwest Web Contact Center utilizes ordinary Web tools to rapidly develop voice applications as standard Web applications. These applications are deployed on standard Web platforms that are connected via TCP/IP to the Qwest Web Contact Center network. Back to Web Contact Center
