Why is the proposed site on the Southside of the highway and not on the Cattlelands’ feedlot?

The selected site is adjacent to an existing railway line. Use of the railway to transport raw materials to the site (grain) and to transport finished products from the site will reduce the amount of road and highway traffic. To move the location further away in any direction would increase the traffic flow transporting product to and from the Plant to the Rail Line and Feedlot. If we were to use a conveyor system to transport the product, it would likely increase noise.
