Why is the Promethean movement not an official non-profit organization/corporation?
We consciously maintain an unofficial and non-hierarchical organization. Members may find it necessary to establish non-profit organizations to support their efforts financially (e.g. The Agathon Project), but the Promethean movement will never become an official organization or become limited only to the role of a charity or restrained by the legal definition of a corporation. The Promethean movement will remain independent and unofficial, with unique characteristics.
