If you installed the bonus software that is provided with the HP Deskjet printers, then a bad font file may have been installed on your computer. This bad font causes some applications to have problems when printing. To remove this bad font: • Open the Windows Control Panel. • Double-click the ‘Fonts’ icon. • In the window that opens, right-click on the font called ‘BD Denver’. • In the menu that appears, select ‘Delete’. • Answer ‘Yes’ to confirm deletion.
