Why is the preview taking a long time to load?

When a user double-clicks an object to preview content, iTunes U previews the entire track, not just 30 seconds. If you have trouble previewing an object, this could be connected to low bandwidth on your connection. It could also be related to the size of the video file you are trying to view. If you are accessing iTunes U through a high speed internet connection and still have difficulties previewing files, please send the file information and a description of the problem to itunes@ua.edu.
