The Power LED flashes amber when there is an error. Use the following steps to rectify the error. Use the following steps to rectify the error or click here for illustrations. Step 1: Shut down the Media Hub by pressing and holding the Power button until the Power LED starts flashing. Step 2: Disconnect the power adapter from the Power port of the Media Hub. Step 3: Disconnect the Ethernet network cable from the Ethernet port of the Media Hub. Step 4: Wait for 5 seconds. Step 5: Re-connect the Ethernet network cable to the Ethernet port of the Media Hub. Step 6: Re-connect the power adapter to the Power port of the Media Hub. Step 7: Press the Power button to power on the device.
