The power LED can be configured through the Advanced Power Management (APM) section of the BIOS Setup Utility to either blink or stay steady. The power LED can be configured regardless whether the APM is enabled or not. The LED also blinks amber in Standby mode if the BIOS Setup Utility is set to blink.
