The People Plan discussion paper served as a catalyst for many of our faculty and staff to voice their concerns, suggestions, and feedback on how the University can strive to be a healthy and sustainable workplace. Their collective viewpoints have defined the strategies, the order in which they appear, and determined how many of the initiatives will be implemented.
