Why is the Mishakur-D printed twice in the book?
• We can’t tell if this is the print shop’s fault or ours. I went through all the sheets on the printed master and matched them with their descriptions (ironically enough, to make sure nothing got left out) and should have caught a problem like this. However, since the Pagemaker file is already messed up and the printed master is now lost, I can’t be sure whose mistake it really was.
