Why is the Mazda Rx8, not as popular as the Mazda Rx7?
Give me a good answer, and I would give you 10 points. A: There are a couple of things that come to mind. The styling could be a major factor. Other than that, as good as the rotary engine is, it is hard to maintain, and it doesn’t put out as much as the 13-B (the engine in the RX-7). Also with multiple recalls, the car hasn’t had a good reputation. Those 3 things are more than enough to make sure that a car doesn’t sell well. Especially when enthusiasts and reviewers both state that the car is mediocre.
