Why is the Management Application button on the Status tab of the systems window sometimes grayed-out and unavailable?
IT Assistant 6.0 integrates the launching of the DRAC II Web Console and the Array Manager console in-context from the Status tab of the systems window. When IT Assistant detects that the system you are viewing has a DRAC, you see Dell Remote Assistant Card as a root entry in the status tree. Click this entry to make the Management Application button active; you can then use this button to launch the DRAC II Web Console. When IT Assistant detects that the system you are viewing has Dell OpenManage Array Manager, you see Disk Storage as a root entry in the status tree. Click this entry to make the Management Application button active; you can then use this button to launch the Array Manager console.
