Why is the LOS Angle switch grayed out in the HUD?

As awesome as the JBM ballistics library is, it isn’t fast enough to keep up with constantly changing angles. You can manually enter a LOS Angle from the HUD Settings, or switch to the ‘Ballistic’ engine and the switch will be enabled.
