Why is the line item of the requisition no longer visible for me (the requistioner) to receipt in BEN Financials?

Once the item has been fully receipted, it is no longer eligible to be receipted from within the Requistioner responsibility. If there is a valid reason to create an additional receipt for that item, it must be done by a P.O. manager.
