A. The SD plus may not be inserted properly, please remove the card and flip it over and reinsert it. A. Not all USB ports generate enough power to efficiently operate USB devices. Please try the SD plus in the back USB port or another port on the computer. A. If you have Service Pack 2 on your Win XP computer, there is a known issue with USB device not being properly read on the computer system. Please try another computer or a powered USB hub.
