Why is the Liberty Advice Line only open at specific times?

Our Advice & Information staff and volunteers are responsible for running the advice line in addition to replying to every written request for advice which Liberty receives. Unfortunately we do not have the resources required to keep the Advice Line open throughout the week and also reply promptly to written requests.
