Why is the ISSA transitioning to in-house operations?

ISSA President Dave Cullinane answered this question in a letter in February’s ISSA Journal. He wrote: • To improve the services and responsiveness of the ISSA and assure that we can more effectively serve a growing and increasingly international membership, as well as meet the diverse needs of Chapters around the world; • To reduce the cost of administration and other services by utilizing state of the art, yet proven technologies; • To use the savings to fund activities that will increase the value of the ISSA to our members through additional services, offerings and improvements; • To continue to grow the ISSA.
