Why is the information in the MLS different from the information in the assessor’s record?
Under the BASICS page details the property with all the basic information of a property. You may notice that the property you are viewing has information displaced in purple type under certain characteristics. The purple type indicates the County Recorder’s information, and that is what is displayed.
