The automatic roll paper cutter may have a paper jam or may be installed incorrectly. If the power light is off, the paper light is flashing, and all the red ink lights are flashing, make sure the cutter is installed correctly. Press the paper button to clear the error. If the Power and Paper lights are flashing, and the red Ink lights are off, the cutter has a paper jam. Turn off the printer, remove any jammed paper, and turn the printer back on. If you still see the light pattern, contact your dealer or EPSON.
