Why is the FUNNEL such an efficient learning system?
The FUNNEL makes sure you spend most of your time reviewing the questions you still need to learn, instead of the questions you already know. The FUNNEL can do this because it knows the last time you reviewed each questions and whether you “got it” or “missed it.” Second, the FUNNEL uses something called “spaced repetition” to help knowledge move from your short term memory to your long term memory. Basically, as a card makes its way down the FUNNEL, the FUNNEL waits longer and longer before it shows you that card again. The FUNNEL is FunnelBrain’s implementation of a learning management system called the Leitner Method.
