Why is the film playback jumpy? Why is the sound and picture out of sync?
If playback is choppy and staggered, your computer or internet connection is most likely too slow. Since Jaman movies are very high quality, they require relatively new computers for seamless playback. We suggest you have a minimum of 2.2 GHz Pentium 4 or 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo (or equivalent), and at least 512MB of RAM. If your computer is too slow, it will not be able to process all the data necessary to redraw the picture 24-30 frames per second and manage the sound as well. This happens most often if you are watching a movie in full screen on a computer that meets minimum, but not the recommended system requirements. If you believe your system meets the recommended requirements but still cannot playback a film smoothly, your system might be bogged down by background programs. Close other programs that may be running in the background — even automatic virus scans can hamper playback on slower systems.
