Why is the fight or video not loading (error message appears)?
Try some of these suggestions: • 1. Right click inside the video player. Select Silverlight. On the playback tab, check Enable Playback of Protected Content. Click OK. If you are using IE 8.0 you may be experiencing issues viewing the live event with this browser version. Try switching to IE 7.0 or you may view the archived event once it’s available. • If you are trying to play the video from the home page, try instead to play the fight from your Library section. • Try to refresh your browser, sometimes the stream during the live event is briefly interrupted but it comes back shortly and it may require a browser refresh. Why is the video slow or skipping? You may be experiencing an issue with your internet connection that is preventing you from successfully viewing the fight.
