Why is the entire collection not available for online viewing?

The majority of our collection is on 35mm film, and digitising is a lengthy and costly process. Given the size of the film collection, we are unable to make the entire collection available for online viewing immediately. Additional films will continue to be added to the site as and when digital copies are available.
