Why is the email notification coming from Support@fi-data.com and not Tennessee Commerce Bank?
Print This Answer Fi-Data is our system processor that is responsible for mailing paper statements and also handles the email notification when an eStatement is available. This is not a phishing attempt and is authorized by Tennessee Commerce Bank. Please add Support@fi-data.com to your list of approved sites in your email system to allow the notification email to reach you.
