Why is the DNR investing resources on creating new license plates during difficult financial times?
Wisconsin motorists have not had a new Endangered Resources license plate option since 1995. The program has been very popular, and is a voluntary and fun way to support the conservation of Wisconsin’s biodiversity. By choosing this plate, you are showing your support for the work that we do to insure that native species will be present for future generations of people to enjoy. We work in a cost effective way to keep species healthy before they become endangered.
