Why is the designers fee non-refundable?
The site design phase is the foundation of your website. Many hours go into the creating and developing your website. Each client and their company website deserve our time and the skills required for each project. We take the time to truly assist you in developing a successful on-line presentation that you and your company can be proud of. We will do our best to work with you until you are completely happy with your site design. In the unfortunate event that we are unable to continue working together, you keep the consultation information and the selected site composition that was created for you. Your next designer will need all this information too.
