Because many people and materials are involved and they all need paying. Designs are tailored to reflect the client’s budget and the use of less expensive building materials can help costs down. People often don’t think twice about spending 15-20,000 on a new kitchen but seem to think that a garden doesn’t warrant as much. There is no escaping the fact that garden design and construction can be a fairly expensive business, but it is certainly well worth it!
